Leadership Libertas

Leadership Libertas is a weekly after-school program for Libertas Academy juniors and seniors. Rooted in Scripture and grounded in practical experience, this program helps students grow in character, confidence, and Christ-like leadership.

• Biblical Foundation: Study Nehemiah and learn what it means to lead with vision, perseverance, and integrity.

• Personal Growth: Build lifelong habits through The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth by John Maxwell.

• Strengths & Self-Awareness: Discover your God-given design through MBTI, StrengthsFinder, and DISC assessments.

• Community Engagement: Connect monthly with leaders in government, healthcare, business, ministry, and more.

• Practical Application: Keep a leadership portfolio, practice communication skills, and reflect on your growth.

• Capstone Dinner: Celebrate with families and community partners as students present their leadership journey.
