Operation Christmas Child
Showing God's love through acts of kindness is so much more than a tagline to a fundraiser; it is our culture and our calling. Libertas Academy partners with Samaritan's Purse each year to provide boxes for kids who need to hear the gospel through the blessing of a gift-filled shoebox.

About the Event
Throughout the month of November, we have a very easy and meaningful way to show God's love to others. As is our tradition every year, every student is being sent home an Operation Christmas Child (OCC) box to fill for some other child around the world. Libertas Academy partners with Samaritan's Purse each year to provide boxes for kids who need to hear the gospel through the blessing of a gift-filled shoebox. Thank you for considering how you can spur your child on to love others through this activity.
Our students had the very great blessing of meeting two young adults who, when they were young children, received a shoebox in South Africa. These two adults were here as part of a ministry team from YWAM (Youth With a Mission), doing a presentation in a recent chapel service.
